Dog park donations are tax deductible through the Madison Community Foundation. When submitting a donation, please include your desired sponsorship and personalization, if applicable/desired, within the additional comments field on the form.

Honor your pets and the memory of pets with an engraved aluminum dog tag, showcased permanently at the dog park.
Tag personalizations accommodate 2 lines of custom text with 16 characters per line. Allowed characters: A-Z upper and lower case, numbers 0-9, and special characters ~!@#$%^&*()-_+=<>?.,:;'”/
In addition to the engraved dog tag, supporters receive website recognition and an invitation to the Dog Park Grand Opening event.
Supporters are recognized on permanent signage at the park and receive mention at the Dog Park Grand Opening event. Donors also receive recognition via the FDPA website and an opportunity for your dog to be featured on the FDPA Facebook page.

Recognition for donations at the “Top Dog” level include recognition via onsite signage, the FDPA website, an invitation to the Dog Park Grand Opening event, verbal recognition at the Dog Park Grand Opening event, an opportunity to be featured on the FDPA Facebook page and a Sponsor Plaque for your home or business.
Custom recognition packages are offered at these levels:
“Top of the Park”
This level of support would include “Top of the Park” sponsorship on onsite signage and the FDPA website, participation in the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Dog Park Grand Opening event, verbal recognition at the Dog Park Grand Opening event, choice of separate signage or large engraved boulder, an opportunity for your dog to be featured on the FDPA Facebook page and a special large Sponsor Plaque for your home or business.
FDPA has committed to raising funds to match the City’s commitment. This will allow us to create a park with a suite of amenities. Funding for all necessary amenities will be met first, with the hopes of raising enough funds to support additional luxuries. Donors will be contacted if their designated donation needs to be reallocated for dog park necessities.
